There is another session at the Manchester velodrome for East Bradford riders aged 9 to 16 to ride the velodrome in a training session suitable for beginners, intermediate riders and advanced and up as long as you are not accredited to ride the velodrome already.The first date will be the 20th October and will be live on the BC website shortly so keep an eye out. The next will be the 22nd January 2017.
YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF EBCC TO TAKE PART (FIRST CLAIM TO EBCC) SO IF YOU HAVEN'T RENEWED YOU NEED TO DO SO BEFORE YOU CAN BOOK THIS SESSION.
The cost is £14 and you will use track bikes which MUST BE PRE-BOOKED by contacting the organiser whose e-mail address in on the link below. Bike sizes can be found on the National Cycling Centre website. Shoes are also available to hire at an additional small charge and can be booked direct from the cycling centre ON THE DAY.
You need a HELMET, TRACK MITTS OR GLOVES AND A SHORT SLEEVED UNDER TOP AS WELL AS YOUR CLUB JERSEY AND CYCLING SHORTS.You don't need to wear arm warmers or leg warmers as it gets hot in the velodrome. If you don't have a club jersey, you can wear a plain top but no GB or trade kit is allowed.Take plenty of drinks and snacks.

Please note that the time of the session is 12-3 but you need to arrive about an hour before to sort out the bike etc.
